Missions:
Within the framework of Sanofi's newly established Trade organization, the position of “Revenue Manager” is key to support the Head of NOBA to coordinate and monitor initiatives across the region, develop analyses to support decisions, including on business models, closely follow projects or other initiatives.
1. Project Management
- Work closely with the Head of NOBA/countries to ensure a close management of all on going activities across the countries
- Coordinate & Follow up transversal projects within Revenue Management
- implementing common tools to develop Customer P&L and new Tender Management Systems
2. Develop analysis to support decision making and challenge existing business
- Perform studies and assessments of current Gross to Net Investments
- Ensure data analyses and reporting as requested
- Support Business Model
- reviews and coordinate implementation
3. Perform robust analysis that provide greater visibility of the value chain economics (pricing, commercial conditions, trade margins) and bring insights to actionable commercial strategies that deliver absolute Gross Margin growth
Profile:
Education : Business school advanced degree (Master 2) required; Finance &or Business Administration major
Experience : Professional experience in financial analysis, business performance monitoring needed
Professional experience as "super user" or analyst in business reporting or data warehouse tools (exact tool not important
- SAP BV, Oracle, Cognos, Spotfire, Qlick View etc)
Previous experience in an internal setting and pharma (company or study) preferred.
Professional skills / attitude and behaviour requested:
Strong analytical skills required as well as understanding of how to best use available tools to drive analysis
- both from a data structure point of view as well as outward communication.
Self belief to work independently and plan and drive project implementation
Ability to synthesize complex topics while also managing the details in underlying assumptions
FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
ANY NORDIC AND BALTIC LANGUAGE IS PREFERRED
