MISSION:
- Give assistance & support to the Onco-hematology Franchise Head and Brand Manager in their global mission (Marketing processes for promotion of Jevtana®, Zaltrap®, Mozobil® and Fasturtec®) in the new Sanofi Genzyme structure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implements ongoing /to come onco
- hemato marketing activities & projects
- Participates and provides new insights in strategic marketing discussions with local colleagues
- Participates to the design of new market researches
- Prepares internal and external campaigns
- Contributes to the organisation of country brand meetings
- Monitors monthly onco-hemato dashboards and KPIs evolution
- Provides new insights for development/implementation of digital strategies
- Elaborate approaches/tools to better enable data-gathering of bench
- marking and competitive intelligence
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Education:
- Master's degree, ideally in Medical area, Life sciences or Marketing.
Experience:
- First experience in healthcare sector or scientific/healthcare studies completed with a marketing degree is an asset
Professional skills / attitude and behaviour requested:
- Ability to understand the character of the pharma business
- Ability to plan/organize the work & tasks and to work within tight timelines Strong sense of responsibility & can take initiatives
- Strong networking skills and easy team-spirit collaboration Ability to produce synthetic views and analysis
- Advanced knowledge of digital technologies & digital marketing is an asset
- Autonomy, flexibility, enthusiasm, dynamic, creativity, proactive attitude.
Languages:
FLUENT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
