JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the SECE Region ( South East Central Europe Multi Country Organization consisting of Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Albania, Macedonia (FYROM), Kossovo ) by:
Driving through planning and processes the execution of SECE strategy
Contributing to SECE reference documents and materials
Consolidating SECE governance scheme and ensure its implementation transversally Developing SECE Communication strategy
Providing support to key initiatives and lead special projects on an ad-hoc basis
Consolidate SECE reporting, sales, monthly report , other relevant data
Key Accountability
BUSINESS STRATEGY AND PLANNING (40%):
Support in defining yearly SECE roadmap and ensure consistency with yearly priorities’ setting process
Develop innovative business planning tools to better track implementation of Regional key initiatives and ensure buy-in in local organizations through socialization and training
Contribute to CSP process by coordinating calendar and retro-planning for all CSP related activities and coordinate major output of CSP processes (monitor submissions and deliverables).
Provide pan-SECE analyses on transversal topics according to Strategy & Business Support needs
Provide support to opportunities’ evaluation (commercial, strategic) through business cases
SUPPORT TO HEAD OF SECE(15%):
Consolidate and ensure permanent update of any SECE reference document on SECE Europe business and environment, which are needed to inform upper management or local teams within SECE.
Develop and disseminate SECE templates needed at country level for elaboration of business cases, support of business reviews.
Maintain an access for local teams to all SECE reference documents and templates through shared accesses (e-rooms)
Support SECE head in presentation, reporting, consolidation of data and cascading the info.
GOVERNANCE AND MEETING (15%):
Ensure update and socialization of the reference document on SECE governance
Support Strategic Planning in his/her role of Secretary to SECE Management Committee
Review existing processes to identify operational improvements and adapt CEE governance according to the needs
Create and maintain yearly calendar and secure follow up on action launched
COMMUNICATION (20%):
Develop internal SECE communication towards key internal stakeholders in close cooperation with Marketing Department
Communicate on new initiatives and country achievements
Prepare SECE communication for special events
Act as SECE contact point for CEE Communication
INITIATIVES (10%):
Provide support to Global key initiatives including Business Commercial projects, Commercial Excellence initiatives and other Transversal initiatives
Provide an ad-hoc support to initiative leaders locally in SECE
Lead special projects on an ad-hoc basis

Position operates in the following context:
Interaction with Regional Functions and Heads of SECE and their management team
Interaction with Global ComOps Functions: Market Strategy & Development teams (Strategic & Business Planning, Global Market Assessment and Development) and Franchises
Ad hoc internal exchanges with Corporate Functions: Corporate Strategy and Strategic Planning, IO, R&D, RA, Global Medical affairs

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Education/experience:
B.S./B.A.
- Business, Science
M.B.A./related graduate degree
Experience in finance, operations, planning in a business environment
International business experience desired and particularly in CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) countries
Mastering MS Office tools mandatory, especially Powerpoint.
