iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Global Public Affairs Coordinator
- VIE Contract (W/M)
The incumbent will support the Vice President, Head of Global Public Affairs for Speciality Care across a range of transversal initiatives designed to advance Sanofi Genzyme portfolio in specialty care (neurology including multiple sclerosis, immunology and oncology). The team is focused on executing industry leading Public Affairs strategies to enable innovation and sustained access to Sanofi Genzyme’s portfolio with a number of exciting product launches and actively engaging in the policy debate shaping the future of specialty care notably digital health.
The incumbent will thus particularly support the public affairs’ programs for our key launches, embedding Public Affairs insights earlier into our pipeline in and around transversal initiatives (Digital Health, External Affairs integration at Genzyme with market access and communications). Project management focused on internal communications, team organization, contracts with external stakeholders and budget coordination will be an integral part of the job’s mandate.
In addition to supporting transversal initiatives, the incumbent will specifically focus on Immunology for a specific product – Dupilumab. The incumbent will support the launch of Public Affairs activities at the global level designed to raise disease awareness on atopic dermatitis and uncontrolled asthma and support access to innovation in the US, European and Emerging markets through outreach and communication to key stakeholders, including policy makers and patient advocacy organizations. The incumbent will be asked to support the organization of internal and external meetings and events – often in specific markets around major congresses, and to support international coordination with global, regional and country teams to ensure full alignment of the launch plans.
Key accountabilities:
- Drafting/ supporting drafting of policy and advocacy materials designed to increase the support and access to Dupilumab Atopic Dermatitis and Asthma
- Analyzing and monitoring trends and risks in the social, political and economic environment of the diseases
- Project managing conferences and global policy events with relevant experts/ stakeholders
- Supporting internal coordination within the Sanofi External Affairs network comprised of Public Affairs, Communications and Market Access
- Coordinating delivery and content for a global public health campaign together with a specialized agency
- Project managing contracts and grants, budget
- Supporting Executive presentations
- In general contributing to the successful launch and access of Specialty Care products
Requirements:
- Master degree in Public Health and/or Business Administration or in related fields (Sciences Po, Law or MBA)
- At least one year of prior experience working in a pharmaceutical company or in a specialized consultancy focused on health, preferably working in the areas of public health, policy, advocacy and/ or market access
- Experience working on marketing campaigns and/ or outreach initiatives at global/ regional/ local levels
- Desired experience and knowledge of health systems and the role of health policy in supporting patient access to medicines
- Experience providing project management support to a team, including budget management
- Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills including visualization of complex information
- Strong planning skills & focus on delivery
- Ability to work transversally across functions and with different countries and cultures
- Understanding of health systems and access issues in different countries
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize and work under set deadlines
- Initiative and creativity, especially when it comes to problem-solving
- Fluent English and French
