Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Context:
In consideration of the addition of several business units (Consumer Health Care, Vaccines, Genzyme), new workload has already been identified which requests additional resource. Therefore the support of a VIE will be crucial to absorb a part of these additional activities.
Job Description:
We are looking for a lawyer that will be based in Denmark in our local affiliate's headquarters. The Lawyer will help legal manager of the Nordic and Baltic countries to support the Nordic and Baltic and their day to day activities. The activities cover all Sanofi's Products:
- Consumer healthcare
- Cardio and Diabetes
- Genzyme (rare diseases, oncology ...)
- Pasteur (Vaccines)
- Mature products and generics
The main missions of the candidate are the following:
- Contract review and negotiation in collaboration with the other support departments
- Preparation and adaptation of templates
- Ensure Legal Trainings to the local clients (competition law, dawn raid...)
- Interaction with law firm when appropriate
- Follow up of the legal budget
The candidate will help to build and maintain a network of contract managers in each countries of the zone.
The candidate must be very responsive
Candidate's Profile:
Education:
The candidate shall have a Master II in Business law, if possible Pharmaceutical law.
If possible the candidate shall have a Nordic or Baltic Country private law diploma
Experience:
The candidate shall have at least 6 month training in a pharmaceutical company where the candidate has been working on the following:
- Transparency rules in Europe
- Data Privacy Regulation
- Contract engineering (services agreement, speaker and other HCP agreements etc)
If possible the candidate has also a good knowledge of the European competition laws
Professional skills / attitude and behaviour requested:
Being able to express clearly her/his position, respond quickly to requests, being able to keep calm under pressure and remaining modest and kind with the partners and hierachie.

FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
