University Summer Student - Associate Project Manager

The selected candidate will assist the Establish medicines and Customers first team in the execution of a number of business critical processes and/or analyses including but not limited to:
• Assisting in qualitative and quantitative analyses, Finance analyses and interpretation of survey and market data
• Analyze market, customer and competitive information/trends to support brand and set strategies.
• Analyze territory, brand or franchise performance with recommendations on how to improve performance
• Information/data gathering to help commercial team gain insights
• Evaluate and recommend potential market opportunities for current and launch brands
• Assist the product management team with the creation of a customer segmentation framework and market strategy based on market insights
• Developing and implementing KPIs which are aligned with business needs
• Provide on-going support to all functional areas in the department & liaise with other commercial functions
• Be prepared to adapt with changing business needs and adhoc reporting projects

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Currently studying in Commerce/Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing
• Demonstrated project management skills, good qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and database an asset
• Curious, self-starter, fast learner, adept at managing change
• Results driven and collaboration/team work mindset
• Strong knowledge of standard software tools (PowerPoint, Word, Access, with a particular emphasis on Excel)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual French and English, written and spoken, an asset
