Team Leaders are responsible for overall shift operations and performance measures of a high performance team based manufacturing unit. Will lead up to 50 personnel in an effective and efficient team environment. They will ensure that safety, quality, productivity and team goals/targets are met. Will provide effective problem identification and solution using statistical data while ensuring compliance to ISO, GMP and FDA regulations.

Lead teams to promote teamwork and to meet business objectives (safety, quality, productivity, and team goals/targets). Includes hiring, training and maintaining competent staff that fosters a team environment. Development of workforce by providing feedback to associates through semi-annual and annual performance reviews, recognition, coaching, counseling and disciplining. Actively pursue continuous process improvement, action reviews, trending analysis by providing effective problem identification and solution using statistical data, proven troubleshooting methodologies. Ensure compliance of SOPs, OSHA, ISO, GMP, and FDA regulations. Oversee operational cost control by managing labor costs, staffing needs and material variance within specified budget. Provide effective communications with workforce, other shifts and ensure efficient shift crossover.

Responsible for overall shift operations of highly automated team based manufacturing unit and accountable for the team and manufacturing performance measures. Day to day operation decisions related to safety, quality, Regulatory compliance, machine operation, and maintenance requirements. Drive the shift operations to meet KPI requirements. Development of workforce by providing feedback to associates through semi-annual and annual performance reviews, training, recognition, coaching, counseling and disciplining.

To meet the demands of our customers, a 24/7 operation is required. As such, we must support and or cover weekend and night shifts. Minimum requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience. The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. 1 Year of Relevant Experience. 6 Months of Demonstrated Leadership.
