Act as point of contact for a specific business area to analyze and refine requirements for new services, manage initiation and delivery of projects to establish the regarding service and ensure that the services are then being delivered according to expectation including normal operations

- Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levels; Act as the primary connection between service delivery and the business
- Ensure business end-user requirements for regarding IT services are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and these SLA are met
- Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications including stake holder involvement that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
- Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
- Monitor and control execution of project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release
- Deliver IT Services, systems and applications to the business - Ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by the IT Organization
- Ensure appropriate response to audit / ISRM assessment findings and recommendations
- Monitor all events and take appropriate control action to address
- Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures in scope of the Site IT Business Expert role.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Project quality (meeting customer problem) in time, quality and budget
- Completeness and accuracy of Business Process Model (BPM)
- Steady/Uninterrupted process flow;
- Number of service requests processed
- Number of incidents solved (where applicable)
- Accurate recordings of alerts
- Accuracy of asset inventory (where applicable)
- Adherence to SLAs;
- Customer satisfaction

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

University degree or equivalent in IT or Engineering
Fluent: German Fluent: English
>3 year working experience in comparable position
- Experience in regulated industry preferred
- Experience in technical operations preferred
