Working with SAP system for OTC reports, update reports to OTC BU management  Monthly Sales Forecast consolidation and forward to Tamer after reviewing with management  Stock arrangements at Tamer branches according to sales forecast, placing additional orders, transfers between branches.  Planning and organizing stock availability in Tamer branches, regular overviewing of stock.  Follow up for PO, stock and expiry reports from Tamer  Monthly meeting with Tamer Supply chain team  Communication with SAPHAD supplies chain, operation division as well as warehouse for invoicing and other activities for arrangements of stock in time.  Align with SAPHAD logistic division to know the movement of OTC items (GIT)  Achieve the planned Annual CPO sales Private and Government Sector.  Follow ups with QA department for facilitating QA release of OTC items  Communication with Sales team (KSA) for stock arrangements, progress etc., control on near expiry items in Tamer and SAPHAD for early closing, through proper reminder to Sales Team.  Tracking system for quick identification and response to queries.  Calculate customers Discounts, Agreements, revision for All KSA customers on monthly basis (Internally with Commercvial team and externally with Tamer.  Monthly/Quarterly forecast accuracy reports to the sales team, manage to maintain forecast accuracy.  Full support for demand planning  ‘Free Samples’ control- from FLM monthly request to processing and securing approval – tracking distribution by MR, confirmation vs planned budget  Raising PO requests, preparation of shopping carts for procurement of items from local suppliers in coordination with sourcing division.  Coordination with sourcing dept. for OTC commercial activities.  Follow up with for logistical activities  Consolidation of Trade Marketing agreements, preparation of track record, execution confirmation from FLM, payment arrangements etc.  All administrative supports for OTC/ KSA  Managing tracking records for the various task performed.
