To provide strategic support to all business units / franchise in terms of planning and monitoring the key performance results and compliance with agreed contract terms with authorized distributors of Alcon across its franchises. The role will also be a key player in the self - assessment and undertaking the controls and compliance initiatives and training of associates for all functions involving the supply chain. To independently review all Business Processes involving Supply Chain and to put in place the necessary systems and controls to ensure that these remain in compliance with Alcon and Novartis Group policies and procedures and local statutes.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Bachelor/Masters degree in accounting or finance Professional Qualification Preferred Fluent English (Written and Oral) Sales & Operations Planning, Production Planning, Financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or managerial accounting of 3-5 years’ experience
