• Sales Incentive Policy Design • Provide analytical (i.e. simulations) and communication support to Incentive Manager in sales incentive policy design for sales force • Gather inputs from key stakeholders and seek approval from decision makers • Sales Incentive Calculation o Calculate incentive payout for sales force and ensure timely and accurate incentive payout o Conduct quality check on calculation results o Handle incentive payout inquiries and resolve appeals, if any Sales Incentive Payout Analysis and Policy Effectiveness Review • Track industry benchmark data on sales incentive and total compensation to ensure overall competiveness incentive program • Conduct analysis on sales incentive payout to review and monitor overall sales force performance and sales incentive effectiveness on quarterly and annual basis • Organize sales incentive payout and policy review sessions with MT and Regional MT to discuss key findings and potential improvements •Supporting, assisting and participating and assignment and projects including ad hoc tasks as required

Minimum requirements

bachelor degree from leading university Good written/spoken English and Mandarin required 2-3 year experience in sales incentive area or boarder SFE area preferred, Pharma MNC China experience preferred
