Job Purpose:
The Sales Force Service Associate supports the field service staff in all line with regard to their expenses and ensures smooth handling of errors in electronic orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and control of expense reports (e.g. overnight stays, hospitality, small events) with reference to the directive for monthly billing and SP3 directive
- Clarification of faults in electronic orders (MSV3) received orders
- Release of the order after clarification and documentation
- Escalation in case of persistent inconsistencies
- Answering, processing or forwarding to the correct department of the central service e-mails

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Commercial education
- High customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of SAP ( P34 and CRM )
- Fluent German and English language knowledge
Desirable:
- 2 to 3 years in the service sector
- pharmaceutical background knowledge desirable
