Key Responsibilities:
• To work in partnership with physicians and other clinical decision-makers, to establish effective medical solutions to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
• Support achievement of line’s sales targets and improvement of product image to customers through regular interactions with HCPs/KOLs.
• Actively engage in coordinating activities relevant to all involved departments for relevant products.
• Develop and intensify Novartis’ relationships to HCPs/KOLs in the Rare Disease Area.
• Create image of Novartis being the most profiled company in the Rare Disease Area with an overall positive impact
• Ensure HCPs/KOLs involvement with and knowledge of Brands in Scope & improve their advocacy.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum degree acceptable: University degree in Science or Marketing
• Desirable degrees: Masters in Science or MBA
• Swedish plus fluent English
• 3+ years Pharmaceutical sales experience
• Experience in Marketing and /or Key Account Management (desired)
