Job Purpose
Provide business support to Technical Product Lead. Monitor the departmental development activities for the assigned project(s) to support the TPL. Assist in maintaining overall project dashboard, schedule, budget, project plans, operational plans, and routine reports to sponsors and stakeholders. Facilitate regular project team meetings, issue written minutes, and follow up on action items.
Major Activities
• Support Technical Product Lead in forecasting, managing against, and reporting actuals against assigned budget on a routine basis in Horizon
• Facilitate monthly business reports for PMO
• Support Technical Product Lead in preparation and facilitation of cross functional team meetings, inclusive of action follow up and follow through.
• Support key developmental change controls, ensure thorough collaboration with the necessary Team lead that Change Controls are on time, reported and efficiently executed.
• Contribute to the monitoring of project specific budget and approve expenses on project grants. Create purchase orders and support invoices within the system in support of approved grants as needed

• Follow through on action items from team meetings.
• Timely tracking and reporting against approved headcount and budget, and reporting variances

Minimum requirements
Education requirements: A minimum of BS in Biochemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or other Life Science-related field.
Experience / Professional Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience in diverse task involved with GMP operations (e.g. Production, Tech Transfer, Quality, Regulatory)
• 1+ years of Project management and change management experience
• Product Launch experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, focused with business awareness and hands on to navigate execution in a highly matrixed environment
Other Competencies:
• Full fluency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and be an excellent communicator.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment is critical.
• Must be service-minded, flexible, and possess strong interpersonal skills with a high level of diplomacy and can-do attitude
• Capability to handle multiple conflicting tasks in a fast-paced environment is a must. Very high attention to detail is critical.
