Do you have an eye for detail and a head for numbers? Join us in a part-time role as our Procurement Data Analyst!

You’ll provide analytical support to the Head of Sourcing and Procurement and Category Managers by analysing data from our Procurement and Invoicing Systems, turning these into insightful reports that highlight key expenditure areas, cost baselines and benchmarks. This information in predominantly in Excel, and you’ll pull data from here and convert it into PowerPoint presentations and data dashboards to share with the business. Responsibilities include:

• Analysing Procurement related data to quantify current savings and highlight future saving opportunities
• Delivering analysis and findings that are effective and convincing
• Performing external benchmarking and industry analysis
• Uploading results into the system and continually tracking our performance over time
• Provide support for the Sourcing team for Global, Regional and Local reporting needs
• Produce monthly Sourcing and Category reports

You are a true partner to the business and key business contacts will rely on this information to make business decisions.

Minimum requirements

We’re looking for a strong Data Analyst with a flair for numbers to join us in this part-time role. Previous Procurement experience is an advantage.

You’ll have excellent verbal and written communications, with the ability to highlight key findings with confidence. Advanced Excel skills are essential, especially the ability to manipulate data and create data models – formal certification in Advanced Excel is desirable but demonstrated experience is highly regarded. SAP experience is also a plus.
