Job Purpose:

Marketing Assistant supports Head of Marketing and Marketing department, is responsible for evidence of samples of medicinal products, creating requisitions in SAP and monthly closing orders and for common office management and archiving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evidence of samples of medicinal products in the required quality with regular reporting to the Field Force 
• International congresses/seminars – monitors the timing for congress preparation, SP3 approvals, the list of participants, communication with the agency regarding accommodation, air tickets, other services
• Management of the marketing files on the shared drives
• SP3 Committee approvals - check if all the necessary SP3 approvals were prepared, approved and archived
• SAP - creation of requisitions in SAP based on the requirements of applicants, entering of new vendors based on the needs of incoming invoices
• Warehouse: logistics of Marketing promo materials, archiving samples of promo materials and reminders, close cooperation with external stock
• Office management and other administrative tasks (such as archiving, processing of invoices, handling of phone calls, emails, administrative support for Head of Marketing and Marketing department, meeting minutes from internal meetings)
• Rent of advertisement area - completion and control of contracts, invoices and photos, evidences of contracts
• Training and support to colleagues in new purchasing system, administration of superuser role

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School education or higher
• Fluency in Czech language, English language on intermediate level
• Approx. 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proactive approach towards marketing and sales team
• Accuracy and punctuality in performing the daily tasks in given deadlines 
