Develop and implement Governing Key Account plans (incl. account strategy and operational plan) in close collaboration with the cross-functional team, ensuring their key components are incorporated into IPS plans, enabling sustained patient access through the Customer-Value- Creation framework 2) Deliver operational excellence in transactional activities, such as negotiations, contracting, pull- through and formulary management with assigned Governing Key Accounts. 3) Execute account plans to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives for assigned Governing Key Accounts 4) Drive operational excellence through strong project management. 5) Apply a deep understanding of the healthcare environment and the priorities, drivers, pressures and needs of customers generate insights and identify opportunities to co-create value solutions with Governing Key Accounts and individual decision makers (e.g. physicians, pharmacists, nurses). 6) Lead a cross-functional team (e.g. Integrated Account Team) to identify potential opportunities for collaboration with Governing Key Accounts and to develop and deliver Governing Key Account plans. 7) Build partnerships with assigned Governing Key Accounts, engaging with key decision makers and stakeholders to jointly create value for patients, customers and Novartis and maximize sustained patient access.
