MISSION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide financial support and work closely with the R&D teams and Finance & Accounting teams
Key responsibilities will include R&D contracts and invoices follow up, tracking of R&D expenses and reconciliations, timesheets control as well as external R&D related request along with ensuring that corporate accounting requirements and deadlines are met.
Ensure thorough control over Group R&D expenses
Work closely with the US & European accounting function to ensure reliability and accuracy of financial reporting
MAIN TASKS
Support control over R&D purchases and contracts (day to day)
- Purchase Requisition validation
- Purchase Order AINT
- Invoices validation (AFRA, AINT, AUSA)
- Contracts follow up (budget & AX)
Support R&D monthly close
- Timesheets
- Research Tax credit (CIR): monthly calculation + ACIES (consultants) support with invoices copy and data extraction
- Subsidies calculation
- Reconciliations project reporting to accounting
Ad-hoc analysis & reporting
- External R&D requests (EU subsidies, Government requests…)

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
Relevant degree in Finance / Accounting with at least 2-3 years accounting or financial analysis experience in an international environment.
Fluent in English and French
Good communication skills, both finance and non-finance, well organized, meticulous with strong attention to detail, self-starter and proactive
AX Dynamics experience a plus
