Job Description

Role purpose of the Inside Sales Intern is to work closely with doctors, health professionals and patients alike in order to make a difference in the eye health worldwide.

Major Accountabilities:
• Manage open territory and service representative overflow coverage • Handle data management research for account issue resolution • Place phone calls to new accounts to thank them for choosing Alcon as a partner and gain specific insights into future support needs • Participate in team meetings to gain insights on the customer, role and selling process • Work with Team Leads for coaching opportunities to aide in development of selling skills and product/company knowledge
