• Develop sales strategies, sales plans and programs; conduct strategic planning exercise with BD&L and TAM and other functions to come up with individual sales targets and strategies per account
• Monitors execution of strategies and programs/activities and ensure high level of services to business partners and trade accounts
• Ensure monthly alignment with SCM by providing partner/customer Purchase Order and Purchase plan
• Contact initiation with Multinational and Non-Multinational Pharmaceutical companies for business partnership
• Development and maintenance of existing business partnership with various partners (Retails and Pharmaceutical)
• Review and finalize contracts and agreements in coordination with all internal stakeholders and Legal
• Explore new opportunities with other channels that will exclusively carry Sandoz products and/or market house/own brands that will be supplied by Sandoz
• Ensure Stock in Trade (SIT) are being monitored and set target with partner/customer are being achieved
• Ensure that all activities and programs are compliant with Sandoz policies
• Ensure that all 3rd party partners are covered with contracts and completion of required trainings of all company SOPs and guidelines.
• Provide leadership, line management and development of the BD&L and Trade Accounts team, ensuring appropriate resourcing, skills and capabilities are in place.
• Evaluate team performance; identify/develop high potential associate ensuring that talent management and succession planning activities are undertaken

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably in Business Management and Administration
• Good spoken and written English
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling trade sales operations in pharma industry with successful track record
• Excellent negotiation skill
• People management experience
