The Data Integrity Administrator will be required to work on multiple projects. Tasks will include but not limited to;
•Audit and analyze large amounts of data daily.
•Enter large amounts of data with accuracy/integrity while working within multiple databases
•Proactively create and implement processes to identify data problems and implement corrective actions as appropriate
•Multitask and prioritize work based on the needs of the field force, customer and departmental requirements in conjunction with maintaining integrity of data with detail and meticulousness
*Format and produce documents, including SOPs.
*Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with team, internal customers and auditors.
*Work independently, but proactively work within the team to achieve common team and/or departmental goals
*Adapt to new and changing processes and databases quickly and efficiently
•Special projects as assigned
•Ensure accuracy/integrity of all data entered.
•Advocate for process improvement in order to make processes more automated, accurate and efficient

Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
No experience required with Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
• Prefer 2+ years of analytical experience
• Systems knowledge and ability to adapt to new processes and systems (Siebel, SAP, saleforce.com a plus) preferred
• Prefer strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, analyzing and manipulating large datasets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Access, and Project preferred
• Understanding of quality, compliance, financial controls within medical/surgical industry preferred
