We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
The position is temporary and external.
Planned Duration: June 2018 - June 2019

The CS Representative needs to:
- ensure continuous availability of our products in the market by processing customer orders, accurately and in due time;
- offer support to customers and sales team by providing information;
- create reports;
- maintain databases and master data;
- offer support to technical team with documentation and system related activities;

- Easy to learn new things;

And if you say “Yes” to these hard skills while owning a University degree:
- Experience in a customer service / order management environment;
- ERP system usage and MS office proficiency;
- English – medium level for written and spoken;
- Romanian - mother tongue;
