The Internship Program is a 12 week program focused on providing college students with practical business experience.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a new or existing contract tracking and workflow system
Prepare feedback/recommendations on UAT and help prepare training slides for US CDMA
Ensure contracting records are accurately entered in tracking tool and help remediate gaps
Co-Develop contract workflow process map with support from Strategic Alliances team
Support development of a “contracting handbook” to be used by all Strategic Alliance Managers
Manage traffic of contractual documents to ensure timely and compliant execution.
Create basic confidentiality and consulting agreements (as requested)
Participate in initiatives related to US Clinical Development and Medical Affairs
Develop/validate an important contract workflow tool for US CDMA which will create transparency to our external engagements
Provide support to help validate any gaps in the our process and also help us prepare a formalized contracting handbook.

Minimum Requirements:
Able to work 37.5 hours per week
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to work independently while also working w/peers as needed to complete tasks.
