Responsible for the independent delivery of reliable legal and project management services for contracts, transactions and other projects handled by PH Global Legal.
- Paralegal services: Handles CDAs, Consultancy Agreements and other contracts of similar complexity level in direct contact with the business clients and with very limited support / supervision by Lawyers. - Support internal due diligence (re contracts and litigation) for global / multi-country divestment projects in direct contact with the business clients and contacts (at global and local levels) with limited support / supervision by Lawyers. This consists of collecting documents, reviewing them for relevancy, redacting confidential information, preparing contract summaries, and uploading them to electronic data room. - Performs other paralegal-type services for lawyers as opportunities and needs arise (e.g. integration work following acquisitions, e.g. contract assignments). - Inform and supports the lawyers and clients on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the projects. - Supports optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes. Maintains the overview on timelines and deliverables in all assigned projects.
Desired profile
Minimum requirements
• Paralegal Certificate or other legal training • Law Degree • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Experience in Contract Management • 2-4 years of overall work experience • Basic legal training (Paralegal course or acquired on the job) • Familiar with legal and contract terminology • Project management experience • Open for working in shifts ( 2pm-10pm)
