General Description
Manage high level (fast, precise and effective) voice of customer service activity (VOC control) Support the marketing team with customer service queries occured in any marketing related channels Manage authorization for in-shop, unsold product repairs Take part in sales or marketing driven service process related promotions Monitor and supervise customer requests and in time deliveries of sales or marketing organised promotions via subcontracted 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operation Carry out customer satisfaction check related calls and data management Supervise related 3PL operation management Create weekly/monthly statistics related to the job, take active part in analysing, monitoring and action plan settings of customer VOC and satisfaction processes Supervise the VOC Specialists Represent the company at authorities (e.g.Conciliation Board/Békéltető testület) All other activities and task which are delegated to employee by line manager or the Head of Department

DISCOVERY STARTS HERE Samsung Electronics Hungarian Ltd and its basic company data Samsung Electronics Hungarian Ltd was established in 1989 and started to grow quickly both in production and trade areas. The company based in Jászfényszaru where the production takes place is producing LCD TVs and printed circuits. The Sales and Marketing Office (SEH-S) located at Budapest. We are the same company but in the Samsung world we are two different subsidiaries (SEH-S and SEH-P / Samsung Electronics Hungary Sales and Production).

Necessary Skills / Attributes
• preferably BA/BSc degree but minimum secondary level education • outstanding communication skills • intermediate English is a must • computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point) • experience in customer services or in service support is an advantage • precise way of working • strong personality • good adaptation skills • flexible • ability to work under pressure • experience as team leader/supervisor in an advantage
