Title: Sales Operations Manager I – Samsung Ads, Mountain View Job Description With the growth of connected Smart TVs, Samsung Ads has developed a new platform to bridge TV and digital together. For the first time, advertisers can use real-time viewing behavior to reach consumers through targeted display ads across 15 million Smart TVs. Samsung's Advertising Sales Team operates at the intersection of display advertising and connected televisions offering native advertising solutions with the goal of helping our Advertisers reach their target audiences across our TV platform leveraging our unique first party data. This is a new initiative at Samsung with the potential for massive growth and opportunity. Samsung's Advertising Team is looking for an Operations Lead to help drive Samsung's Advertising business forward. This person will work closely with the Head of Operations and VP of Sales to ensure all advertising campaigns are supported with efficient and scalable processes throughout the entire lifecycle of a buy. This will be an individual contributor role but will have direct influence on how the Ad Ops team operates and executes on campaigns, as he/she will be responsible for all Ad Operations processes and policies. This person will also be the primary point of contact for all advertising support issues and will partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure issues get resolved properly in a timely manner. Lastly, this person will also work closely with Finance and other teams within Samsung to ensure we are getting the proper support to grow the business. Specific responsibilities include: • Develop, implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops/QA teams to follow • Provide Tier 1 Tech Ops support for Ad Campaign issues – Diagnose and resolve issues or escalate to Engineering teams as required • Certify external partners/vendors to run on the Samsung Platform • Reconcile campaign delivery on a monthly basis for billing • Generate and send out invoices to clients • Create Special Orders via SAP and other Finance tools for revenue recognition • Provide regular updates to HQ and Finance team on Sales pipeline and committed IOs • Help Collections team with AR issues on occasion • Process IOs for Signature and general Contracts administration • Enforce Rate Card compliance on all new campaigns • Set up new customers with Credit team • CRM Administration – Provide Admin support to Sales team on Salesforce.com

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Basic Qualifications: · 6 to 8+ years of Digital Ad Operations experience · 2+ years of Management experience · 3+ years in a Technical Support role in the advertising/online media space · Bachelor's degree required; advertising or business preferred Preferred Qualifications: · Relevant experience in digital advertising with a national scope · Experience with Real-Time Bidding technology and supporting campaigns on Programmatic platforms · Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships · Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills · Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources · Familiar with Connected TV landscape – upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players · Experience with SAP and general Finance/Accounting tools
