USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER - France (Paris)

We are looking for a highly capable user experience professional to join our Salesforce Experience Design team in Paris. Fluency in French and English is a must.
User Experience Designers are our user champions.
Through evidence-based methodologies, they establish the actual user needs that will drive the desired business outcome. User Experience Designers prepare and execute research activities and produce design outputs, such as personas, user flows, prototypes and wireframes to capture the expected solutions.

You are passionate about user experience. You believe in delivering success by design. You know through your professional experience that quality design delivers great business results.
As a highly capable user experience professional you bring the experience of collaborating with multi-skilled project teams to ensure the user's needs and voice is heard and taken into account in delivering projects.
Owning the user experience activities comes naturally to you. From preparing for customer and stakeholder interviews to executing and distilling the findings, you create a clear path from insight to actions and clearly articulate these to project teams and customer stakeholders.
You have the expertise in using industry-standard software, tools and methodologies to produce all needed user experience material and output to guide project teams so they can deliver the right usable and useful products.
Whether they are personas, journey maps, user flows, prototypes, wireframes, you have the professional history and knowledge to produce and deploy them effectively. You have the experience but also the curiosity and desire to learn to constantly improve and deliver even better solutions to the benefit of our customers and their end-users.
