As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will be part of IT Apps - WWW product management team in shaping the future of technology with us. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will work closely with a lead product manager in driving the next generation of Salesforce web experiences! Responsibilities:

·  Help drive the product vision and high-level strategy to support Salesforce business in the area of Marketing and Web experiences
·  Understand, analyze, and translate business and marketing requirements into functional requirements, supporting documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
·  Drive feature assessment, requirements gathering, sprint planning, and documentation
·  Develop and own user stories and acceptance criteria that represents the requirements provided by the business
·  Work closely with the scrum team in supporting the execution of their work
·  Work closely with a product owner lead to communicate product outcomes as well as any challenges/obstacles to stakeholders across areas of expertise including IT and Marketing.
·  Ensure transparency and traceability from requirements gathering through delivery and beyond

Required Skills/Experience:

·  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, STEM, IT or related discipline or equivalent experience
·  2-4 years over all experience in Systems/Business Analysis, Software Engineering or other related client-facing roles
·  Experience in Digital Marketing , eCommerce, or Content Management
·  Demonstrated experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and agile software development
·  Exceptional visual, verbal and written communication skills
·  Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
·  Self-driven attitude with the belief that building a great product is a team sport
·  The ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
·  Demonstrated success in transforming customer needs into working software within limited timeline and resources

Desired Skills/Experience:

·  Experience with Salesforce platform a big plus
·  At least 1-2 years of experience in Product Management
·  2+ years experience working with enterprise content management systems
·  Customer centric - A champion for the end-user
·  UX/UI designer with experience in Design Thinking approach
·  Build a collective vision - Lead from the front
·  Inspiration to engineers, designers and marketing teams
·  Work well under pressure
