Looking for an exciting new Product challenge? Salesforce Pardot B2B Marketing Automation is one of the fastest-growing and most successful Salesforce acquisitions of all time. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to continue to drive our extraordinary growth by deepening our Salesforce integration as a member of our Platform team.

We need an exceptional Product leader to:

·  Design and run user research projects in conjunction with our awesome UXR team to validate hypotheses
·  Document and prioritize requirements
·  Work with your scrum teams to validate architectural proposals
·  Drive the user-facing experience with our killer UX team
·  Build your backlog and execute in an iterative fashion
·  Define MVPs and work cross-functionally to go to market
·  Measure success and attribute incremental revenue from net new Enterprise deals

We're looking for someone who has the following experience & qualities:

·  Minimum 3 years Product Management experience conceptualizing, defining, and launching large-scale cloud-based services
·  Extraordinary customer focus & ability to consume many channels of information and distill them into clear product hypotheses
·  Experience building UI for business users and passion for well-crafted user experiences
·  Experience defining and conducting user experience research to glean key insights into our target customers
·  Deep knowledge of core Salesforce Lightning platform and capabilities
·  Strong technical and data-analysis skills
·  Scrum and agile development experience
·  Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
·  Prior engineering or computer science experience strongly desired
·  Experience or familiarity with the needs of marketers a plus
