Job Title: Salesforce.com Employee Engagement Intern
Duration: 6 month internship
Location: Paris
Salesforce.com France is seeking an exceptional Intern to join our EMEA Employee Engagement team with a focus on France. This position will support the Employee Engagement Manager South Europe with tasks related to employee engagement, organizing events and communications.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain & develop a rolling program of volunteer activities for Salesforce employees
· Respond to volunteering requests and questions and organize team events as needed
· Ability to enthuse and organize employee volunteers, including sending tailored emails and newsletters
· Liaise with Salesforce employees to evaluate and ensure the success of completed volunteer activities
· Manage and track volunteering programs/participants at Salesforce
· Collect quotes, feedback and comments for internal and external use, including blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials
· Create reports, dashboards, research as needed
· Support the Employee Engagement Manager with ad hoc tasks
· Attend volunteer activities as needed
· Translation of key communications from English to French
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The preferred candidate will have:
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Excellent time-management skills
· The ability to be responsive in a timely manner and to meet deadlines
· Fluent written and spoken French and English
· Good presentation and representational skills
· The right to work in France
