Salesforce.com is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with background in building and managing programs for cross functional and enterprise-level processes within its Go To Market Center of Excellence team (GTM CoE). The GTM CoE team supports the company strategy by evaluating and providing efficient rollout and execution of GTM changes. This team develops and implements effective global strategies and transforms the field, our partners, and our success ecosystem with valuable insights, productivity enhancements, and transparent collaboration.

The candidate will represent GTM CoE and will partner across functions to deliver on the annual planning program. The ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic and high-growth environments and is experienced in managing complex projects in support of a scalable go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

·  Builds/maintains program plan and dashboards. Works with workstream leads to manage project plans and incorporate into an integrated end-to-end project plan.
·  Assesses project plan for each workstream to ensure duration, timing, sequencing and inter-dependencies are correctly identified and align to project Critical Path Timeline.
·  Implements integrated project management software to monitor and communicate progress towards milestones and enforce rules for plan maintenance.
·  Actively manages risks/issues and escalates to Program Manager.
·  Proactively informs program office of potential risks and gaps.
·  Actively manages/enforces project plans and applies Change Control to assess proposed changes to Plan Of Record and recalculates impact of any changes or delayed activities on downstream workstreams (e.g. if workforce modelling delayed, recalculates impact on Quota timelines).
·  Coordinates with workstream leads to build weekly status reports.
·  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing requirements.
·  Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
·  Partners with business owners and other team members to develop required change management materials
·  Works effectively with stakeholders located globally across timezones.
·  Manages playbooks and validates that key handoffs are represented in the plan.
·  Draft the program retrospective.
·  Based on program performance helps identify gaps in plan and playbooks.

Required Skills:

·  3-5 years of project management experience.
·  Program management and support experience with global and matrixed team from gathering and documenting complex business requirements through testing and execution
·  Excellent change management leadership skills including communication, training and process transformation
·  Proven ability to coordinate a diverse set of business users to develop cohesive and streamlined requirements, documentation and user acceptance criteria
·  Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines
·  Confidence and interpersonal skills to achieve effective working relationships at all levels
·  Strong influencing and negotiation skills
·  Willing to receive direction and guidance within a team environment, adopt and develop best practices and circumnavigate obstacles with creative solutions
·  Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
·  Proactive and forward thinking attitude and creative problem solving ability
·  Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
·  The ability and desire to contribute to a dynamic, challenging and entertaining work environment with a team of individuals and a company that will support you in doing the best work of your career
·  Experience with Project management tools

Desired Skills/Experience:

·  Experience with Smartsheets a plus
