Product Manager

We're seeking a resourceful and innovative Product Manager in IT who will support our Legal and Compliance Business Partners. You'll work closely with stakeholders from across Legal and Compliance to understand the business vision and create supporting technology roadmaps, execute on the vision by solving several key challenges on the way, and deliver high-quality solutions for our business partners.

Responsibilities

· 
Engage with business partners and other internal stakeholders to manage the product roadmap, make tough tactical prioritization decisions while understanding and aligning with long-term vision.

· 
Lead business requirements gathering sessions with Systems Analysts, technical considerations with Solution Architects and execute with development on projects, features and other key initiatives

· 
Effectively negotiate work scope with business partners to align on objectives around time to market, effort and scope

· 
Look ahead to identify IT delivery capacity needs based on roadmap and works with management to address them

· 
Drive for the best customer experience possible while ensuring product and data compliance with IT Methods and Practices (M&P) and adhere to global and regional regulations (eg. GDPR, FedRamp, etc)

· 
Measure customer success. A system release will not just be considered success, develop Key Performance indicators (KPIs) to constantly define and monitor success

· 
Collaborate with development, security, architecture, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure partners in geographically dispersed locations to drive delivery of complex solutions

· 
Engage with Vendors to use third-party applications and also develop partnerships to complement Salesforce technology

· 
Take accountability for the realization of the product vision through product delivery, change management, and user adoption

Experience/Skills

· 
Minimum 2+ years of Legal and Compliance and 4+ years of Software Product Management or equivalent experience

· 
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer Security, or equivalent preferred)

· 
Deep understanding of global risk and compliance standards at an Enterprise level

· 
Experience identifying and addressing customer needs, building relationships with customers, developing an awareness of relevant services, communicating with customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner, and delivering clear requests for information

· 
Demonstrated experience of showing accountability for decision/solution

· 
Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering and operational teams and making technology related solution decisions

· 
Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills

· 
An ideal candidate will have experience working with GRC Tools like MetricStream or Archer as well as Salesforce technologies. Cloud computing experience is a plus.

· 
Scrum and agile development experience is also a plus
