Title: Demo Architect

Department Description:
One of the missions of the Solutions Engineering R+D team is to build, deliver and support demonstration environments for use by our solution engineers here at Salesforce. These demonstration environments incorporate the latest product capabilities that Salesforce has to offer, tailored to meet the needs of the various industry teams.

Role Description:
We are looking for an Industry Demo Architect to join our Solutions Engineering R+D team, responsible for the financial services industry. This is your chance to define the future and set the standard for how Salesforce solution engineers (SEs) demonstrate our solutions to financial services prospects and customers.

Your Impact:
As an Industry Demo Architect your responsibilities include:

·  Own the financial services demo environments from idea to reality: project manage the demo creation process including use case/feature prioritization, storyboarding, validation, feedback prioritization, demo asset design, demo build, release communication and enablement.
·  Design and develop emails, landing pages, journeys, mobile prototypes and more to help tell the Salesforce story.
·  Creatively and strategically bring to life cross-channel customer journeys/customer experience through cutting-edge approaches to digital presentation.
·  Create wireframes, diagrams, and workflows to illustrate and simplify complex concepts based around the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
·  Partner with financial services stakeholders within the sales organization and the industry business unit; lead requirements gathering and identification of use case priority based on demand and market opportunity.
·  Architect, design, and build end-to-end Salesforce demos that cross multiple solutions and platforms, both Salesforce and 3rd party.
·  Understand and implement the newest Marketing Cloud and B2C Salesforce features; keep up with the fast pace Salesforce product releases. This is an environment where you are always learning!
·  Create & maintain related demo enablement assets - scripts, videos, how-tos.
·  Leverage latest internal demo and creative frameworks for all industry demo initiatives.
·  Deliver product demonstrations at Salesforce & 3rd party industry events; participate in customer meetings as technical industry expert.

Basic Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree, Information Sciences, Informatics, or similar field preferred.
·  Minimum of 3-5 years work experience
·  Experience with Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Customer Experience Design
·  Have demonstrated design skills and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop & Illustrator (or similar programs).
·  Have demonstrated proficiency with HTML and CSS.
·  Project management skills to orchestrate complex projects
Ability to recruit and lead a cross functional team to accomplish project goals
·  Ability to prioritize and delegate work in a fast paced environment
