Description:
The Sr. Guest Services Ambassador will report to the Manager, Workplace Services. The Sr. Guest Service Ambassador. The Sr. GSA will be responsible for the day to day office services operations for the Chicago office. As the local REWS representative for Indianapolis, this position requires a high level of customer service. Help make Salesforce a great place to work!


Responsibilities:

·  Maintain and provide excellent customer service and support to the office
·  Deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life
·  Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism accommodating special requests whenever possible
·  Serve as an information hub for our staff on a daily basis
·  Training and implementation of new processes
·  Quickly respond to Salesforce employee needs in person, via phone, email, or our internal social network
·  Resolve customer complaints; and assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Salesforce.
·  Book conference rooms for employees under last minute circumstances
·  Assist with placing food orders as requested by the food order form
·  Properly address customer and employee concerns by reaching out to the right departments or individuals
·  Notify staff of visitors, candidates, customer meetings, etc
·  Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
·  Ensure guests are properly signed into the Visitor Log system
·  Logging in all vendor visits to ensure Vendor Badges are distributed correctly
·  Complete a daily check of temporary access cards. Ensure all cards are accounted for and returned daily; Maintain an electronic list of access cards assigned to staff, providing lost or damaged access card numbers to the security team for cancellation
·  Help direct visiting employees and executives to hotel seating and conference rooms
·  Assist with internal events as requested
·  Lunch and absentee coverage
·  Quickly respond to Salesforce employee needs in person, via phone, email, or our internal social network
·  Gather extra equipment and office supplies to prepare cubes for new/transferring employees.
·  Work with local building management to ensure that all services are utilized and working in good order
·  Manage desk schedules
·  Maintain up to date team documents and training materials
·  Assist Supervisor Workplace Ambassador, Indianapolis as needed with various projects
Required Skills/Experience:
·  Self-starter; handles self with minimal supervision and is pro-active
·  Ability to plan and organize work in the required areas;
·  Being able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
·  Excellent interpersonal communication skills
·  Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and Quip
·  Must be willing/able to learn and use our internal Salesforce.com software application
·  Customer service experience preferred
·  Must have a great can do attitude and willingness to complete the job
·  Must be able to comfortably lift at least 25 lbs
