Job Summary:
The job as Associate Solution Engineer is challenging and diverse and you will be working in a an agile environment to support our account executives as a product expert and partner to drive revenue growth.
In this role you will support our Solution Engineering organization in EMEA and work on opportunities in various industries to give you an excellent insight into our customers and in market trends. You will get trained in the Salesforce product portfolio as well as the Solution Engineer role.

Responsibilities will include:
· You will become the internal Salesforce product expert within the Salesforce product portfolio
· You will supporting the Sales organisation in standard Solution Engineering activities such as, but not limited to:
· Preparing Solution Demonstration by translating our customer´s business needs into Salesforce solutions
· Product demonstrations and presentations to customers using the latest Salesforce & industry technology and support with marketing events
· Help our account executives to keep them up to date on latest Salesforce technologies and solutions
· You will get training and do research to learn about our latest solutions, our competitors solutions and the market trends Keys skills and experience required include:
· University degree in Computer Sciences, Business Informatics, Information Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent
· Master Degree preferred
· Fluency in oral and written communications in English and French
· Willing and able to travel occasionally
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
· 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, ideally withing the CRM space
· Understanding of the sales process
· Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
· A strong team player who can stimulate and enthuse others *LI-Y
