Description de la mission

• Be part of the ergonomic SEP network.
• Support the deployment of the SAFRAN ergonomics program and the related methods and tools.
• Support the site ergonomics correspondent and sponsor in the deployment of the ergonomic approach, the definition of the site ergonomic strategy and the steering of all site ergonomics activity.
• Support the identification and be involved in major projects (site, society) which need ergonomics skills.
• Be the accountable of our internal Ergonomic standard.
• Manage precursors linked to an ergonomic issue.
• Be part of working conditions and performance improvement plan (production, product, services …).
• Facilitate job keeping.
• Validate ergonomics site network organization / composition.
• Support the ergonomics site network: technical expertise, training program, activity…
• Do managers awareness, Continuous improvement, methods … except ergonomics labeled or Safran University trainings.
• Produce and validate communications related to ergonomics (good practices sharing, lesson learned sharing…).

Profil candidat

Education and/or Experience:
Requires a Master's degree from an accredited institution compliant with HETPEP for Europe (Harmonising European Training Programs for the Ergonomics Profession).
• Minimum of 1 year related experience required within SAFRAN Group. (including internship)
• Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (English)
Knowledge/Skills:
• Must possess the ability to perform complete ergonomics study (from define to control project process).
• Must possess the ability to run and analyse reports and data.
• Strong knowledge of ergonomics SAFRAN Group strategy, methods and tools.
• Knowledge in project management
• A good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Creative and methodical problem solving skills.
• Capacity to manage workshop with multi-competence and multi-cultural people.
• The ability to work under own initiative.
• A highly motivated individual who consistently produces the adapted quality of work.
• The ability to organize and prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
