We currently have a position available for a Technician 1 in Little Rock, Arakansas.

• This position will perform electrical wire harness modification and repair at partner sites

• Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites with the following duties
o Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
o Rework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness
o Wrap and tie wires
o Route wires
o Change routing/ breakouts
o Perform Electrical Tests
• Complete associated paperwork
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
• Regular, predictable attendance is required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have 0-2 years of wiring experience. Basic wiring experience or a combination of experience and training.

• Basic ability to complete new hire training requirement
• Basic wiring knowledge
• Advanced ability to work in a team environment using interpersonal skills

Scope of Responsibility
• Under close supervision performs modification and repair of bundles at partner sites
• Work is closely supervised-follows specific, detailed instructions
