STAGE - Supply Chain : Planification PDP H/F

Job description

Le stage est rattaché à l'équipe Planification du CEI Aubes de Turbine dans le service Supply Chain (ITO). L'équipe est responsable de construire et piloter la réalisation du PIC et du PDP pour les aubes et distributeurs fabriquées en interne à Gennevilliers dans les unités de Fonderie et d'Usinage/Revêtement ainsi que pour les pièces achetées aux fournisseurs externes. Le périmètre inclut tous les programmes civils et militaires pour le montage et la rechange (Leap/CFM, Sam146, M88, TP400, M53, MFP, Silvercrest...).
L'équipe est également en charge du pilotage de la configuration et des VEX.

OBJECTIF :

·  - Piloter des projets d'amélioration de l'activité planification PDP

MISSIONS :

·  - Pour la production interne, exploiter les données d'immobilisation de stock (stock dormant, non qualités) et cycles pour assurer une planification au plus juste.
·  - Pour la production externe, aligner et synchroniser le PDP avec les plans des fournisseurs et le PIC
·  - Établir et mettre à jour les indicateurs de performance pour son périmètre d'activité
