Job description

This position of Operations Manager will give you several responsibilities:
- Responsible for the economic performance of the production, especially by the compliance of the agreed budget
- Responsible for the implementation of the workplace safety measures and the continual improvement measures for the production
- Responsible for OTD (on-time delivery)
- Responsible for the quality of the products supplied to the customer
- Responsible for the work organization of production (capacity vs. capacity utilization)
You will be in charge of:
• Ensuring the measures for the protection of labor and employment protection legislation
• Ensuring the quality requirements of the product
• Ensuring delivery according to the schedule agreed with the customer
• Ensuring compliance with the prescribed times for the various tasks / phases of production
• Ensuring and developing the competences of the managed production team
• Implementing actions to continuously improve the production process.

Travel specifictity

Desired profile

You may have to travel to our Toulouse integration site, at least at the beginning to integrate Safran Nacelles
and be trained to the processes.

Candidate skills & requirements

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, in the aerospace sector.
