Job description

Report directly to the Communication Director
- Take charge of the competitive watch and analysis of the professional medias, major general medias and social medias.
- Follow the latest trend in the public relation communication and propose new initiatives, prepare media plan and media budget allocation proposal for validation.
- Maintain and develop good relations with the professional medias, major general medias, KOLs and bloggers of the aviation sector in order to obtain good media exposure for Safran in China.
- Maintain and develop good relations with the communication service of Safran's airline clients, major business partners, government authorities in the aviation area, etc.
- Manage interviews and prepare content for media publication.
- Manage media relations during important business events to maximize and optimize Safran exposure on the media.
- Ensure the in-time communication of group news release in Chinese language to the Chinese medias.
- In charge of the local news production and writing in close cooperation with local business team.
- Organize and manage media events, press conference, airshows and other communication related internal events and external business events, and in charge of the strategy, plan, time schedule, executional operations and production of related communication material with a 360 degree approach.
- Manage and update internal exhibition list to provide up-to-date airshow and aviation events information in China to various business team in China and in France.

Candidate skills & requirements

Desired profile

Formation/Graduate Level : under graduate or above (Bac + 4 or above)

Langues/Languages : Native Chinese with good level of English, mastering of French is highly preferred

Aptitudes et expériences souhaitées/ Skills and experience required :

With at least 3 years of professional experience in media relation management, Public Relations. Background from a PR agency or major general media and/or professional media is highly preferred.

Have solid experience in the event management.

Very good level of news writing skills in Chinese and in English is a must.

Having an existing media contacts and relations is highly preferred.

Good communication skills, feeling at ease of animate events and presenting in public, passionate in communication, curious and open to new communication trends, familiar with the latest communication digital tools, creative and have a good artistic sense.

Strong sense of organization, being able to multitask, work under stress and pay attention to details; good team spirit and positive attitude, easy-going and good relational, have good project management skills and problem-solving mentality.

Know how to cooperate with different business units and services, feeling at ease of working in an international environment with frequent exchanges with the headquarter team in France, master skills of managing partners and suppliers,

Good master of Microsoft office, especially with advanced master of Powerpoint and Word.
