Apprentissage Achats Production H/F

Job description

Au sein de l'équipe et sous la tutelle d'un acheteur, vos missions seront, entre autres, mais non limitées à :
1) Apporter son soutien au tuteur pour les différentes actions sur le périmètre de l'achat de production de pièces aéronautiques (aubes de soufflante, …):

·  - Aider à piloter les actions de réduction de coûts engagées;
·  - Participer aux négociations avec les fournisseurs;
·  - Suivi de l'application des contrats;
·  - Participation aux comités de choix fournisseur et aux processus de contractualisation. 2) Apporter un support administratif au département achats :

·  - Participer à la centralisation, consolidation et traitement des données achats (C.A, fournisseurs, données contractuelles...) et notamment pour un fournisseur compte clés.
·  - Soutenir l'ensemble de l'équipe d'acheteurs (environ 3 personnes): pilotage de la contractualisation, fiabilisation des données achats, optimisation du processus de facturation, mise à jour des données achats dans l'ERP;
·  - Reporting structuré au manager achat. 3) Apporter un support sur les autres familles achats du département.
