Apprenti(e) Technicien Méthodes, Industrialisation et Progrès H/F

Description de l'offre

Rattaché au service Méthodes & Industrialisation du site de la Direction Propulsion Electrique Spatiale de Safran Aircraft Engines (Vernon - 27), l'Apprenti Technicien aura pour mission de soutenir l'ensemble des activités Méthodes, Industrialisation et Progrès, à savoir :

·  - création et mise à jour, des gammes et des instructions de montage nécessaires à la fabrication des Propulseurs Plasmiques PPS®5000 et PPS®X00,
·  - conception et mise en plan des outillages, des éprouvettes, etc.
·  - participation à la qualification et à la reconduction des procédés spéciaux internes (soudage par faisceau d'électron, sertissage, …)
·  - pilotage d'investissements (moyens spéciaux, équipements standards, mobiliers ateliers, …) et gestion des immobilisations,
·  - réalisation d'actions Lean (VSM, KANBAN, HOSHIN, …) nécessaires à l'augmentation de la Valeur Ajoutée, et à l'optimisation des flux physiques et des implantations,
·  - réalisation d'actions de Benchmark et de Veille Technologique (innovations, nouvelles solutions, …) dans le domaine des Process et des Procédés.

Job requirements

Formation BAC+2/BAC+3 en cours en Génie Industrielle (généraliste, mécanique, procédés, …), ayant :

·  - idéalement, une première expérience industrielle dans le secteur spatiale, aéronautique ou automobile,
·  - une forte curiosité technique, une grande rigueur ainsi qu'une approche méthodique,
·  - une approche terrain ainsi que des capacités d'analyse et de synthèse,
·  - un esprit créatif et enclin à faire des propositions innovantes,
