Job description



L'apprenti(e) sera intégré(e) à l'équipe méthodes process forge et travaillera en collaboration avec la production, la qualité, la gestion de production. L'apprenti(e) évoluera au sein d'un atelier de production dans un environnement de forge et conformage à chaud sur des bords d'attaque ou des aubes fans en titane.

Dans ce contexte, ses missions seront entre autres :

·  - De suivre les campagnes de forge et capitaliser les informations de l'atelier.
·  - Programmation d'un logiciel de remontée des informations pièces et process (SPC).
·  - Définition, création et utilisation de « tableaux de bord » afin de surveiller les process de fabrication
·  - De mettre à jour la documentation technique IT et standards.
·  - De prendre en charge des projets « innovation » (modernisation des installations, mise en place de solution de traçabilité, caissons de manutention des pièces…).
·  - De participer à l'amélioration des postes de travail forge et conformage pour assurer la montée en cadence dans le respect des contraintes SSE et ergonomie au travers de la réalisation d'outillage sous Catia.
