Job Description

Rattaché-e au Directeur des Relations Sociales de la société Safran Aerosystems (3000 salariés environ, répartis sur une société et 8 établissements), vous serez chargé-e des missions suivantes :

· 
Conseil et support aux opérationnels RH en matière de législation du travail,

· 
Participation aux négociations collectives centrales et à la déclinaison des différents accords collectifs,

· 
Préparation des réunions du CSE,

· 
Veille juridique avec parution d'une newsletter mensuelle à destination des DRH et RRH,

· 
Mise en place d'un référentiel juridique et de gestion administrative des salariés

Job Requirements

Vous avez suivi un cursus juridique avec une spécialisation en droit social. Vous êtes reconnu.e pour avoir les compétences suivantes :

· 
Rigueur et organisation,

· 
Sens de l'initiative et autonomie,

· 
Aisance en communication écrite et orale,

· 
Approche pragmatique des problématiques opérationnelles.
