Job description



Intégré dans un service méthode ayant en charge le pilotage d'une cellule automatisée pour la fabrication de pièces aéronautiques, l'apprenti devra apporter ses connaissances en robotique et automatisme pour optimiser la production de la cellule automatisée
Il sera directement rattaché au pilote de la cellule automatisée

Ses missions consisteront à :

·  -intégrer les nouvelles pièces à produire; conception outillage et programmation des robots et cobots.

·  -Supporter la ligne de production, proposer des axes d'amélioration pour optimiser le fonctionnement de la cellule (partie robots)

·  -Travailler sur les indicateurs de performance de la cellule automatisés (taux de réussite, rebuts…)

·  -analyser les programmes robot, cobots pour les améliorer afin d'anticiper d'éventuels problèmes.

·  -Mise en place d'une visseuse automatisée (programme, interface….)
