Job description
For all Aero Gearbox InternationaI programs
The Industrial marque represents the Industrial Management within the Program Team.
Main objectives:
1/ To success the industrial transfers from Safran Transmission System Supply Chain (external suppliers, Safran Transmission System Colombes, Safran Transmission System Polska) to AGI-Polska (delivery, quality, costs) :
- Actualize, share and do validate the global AGI industrialization plan.
- Ensure consistency between the global AGI industrialization plan and the Med Term Plan of AGI but also STS (Supply Chain effect).
- Prepare with STS (preferably the STS Industrial Marque) the transfer from STS Supply Chain to AGI-P (including the support contract from STS Supply Chain to AGI, including also the transition strategy from current supplier to AGI-P and cut over, including coverage.
- Manage the validation of the Industrial Validation Process with AGI-P and STS. Ensure that all STS & AGI functions are sized to treat the IVP load.
- Implements a process approach in the transfer: audit the STS and Rolls Royce IVP transfer process, identify roadblocks with solutions to drive improvement, define and follow an AGI transfer process, with specific gates, aligned with AGI Zero Defects requirements.
- Support to PPAP (Rolls Royce quality process) with STS Industrial Marque on industrial subjects (like run at rate).
- Protect AGI by anticipation, detection of weak signals, transversal risk analyzes to avoid any negative impact of industrialization on customers.
- Work as a team with AGI-P Vice President Manufacturing Engineering and AGI-P manufacturing engineering team.
- Work as a team with STS industrial marque, and eventually STS industrialization managers.
- Support to the ramp-up plan manufacturing engineering.
2/ To measure that all the engineering technical inputs are available on time for industrialization.
3/ To ensure that the feedback of technical experience and quality have been taken into account in the design, the definitions of new or in-process products.
4/ To support to delivery on time Accessory Drive Train TRENT 7000 and BR700 Next Generation (configuration Entry In Service/ standard production) and ADT RB3043 (configuration programme team / Flight Test) .
- Work as a team with AGI-C team (Product Development Manager and Integrated Product. Team Leader), AGI-P and STS.
- Manage specific actions and/or task force for back on time, on Chief Of Operations inputs.
5/ To support to specific thinking about industrial strategy.
