We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Middle East Sales Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the Middle East region. As the face of our brands, you'll play a key role in fostering strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the Middle East region, with a focus on prospecting and opening new markets.
  • Manage the Importer/ Distribution relationship ensuring the Brands are at the top of mind and receives full focus.
  • To work within the Importer’s structure to provide support, be directive, motivate the various teams.
  • Manage the Brand portfolio in the territory, and travel within the territory to actively engage accounts and promote the Brands.
  • Participate in importer sales meetings and ensure proper management of depletions
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to effectively execute sales plans and meet objectives, utilizing your expertise in Foodservice and Specialty Coffee sectors.
  • Identify and target key accounts, lead sales presentations and executing sales efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide insights and support key account selling efforts.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Desired profile

Requirements


  • Five plus years of sales experience in Foodservice and/or Specialty Coffee within the Middle East Territory.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • French speaking is a plus
  • Experience with large multi-unit/chain accounts is a plus.
  • Strong networking abilities within the Foodservice and Specialty Coffee industries.
  • Proven track record in strategic business planning and customer management.
  • Excellent work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Solution-based selling experience and strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven competence in operational performance (time management, action orientation, results-driven).
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Middle East and Levant Region.
