As a key support function to Sales & Customer Care, the  Customer Master Data Role is to create, manage, update and optimize all Customer Master Data in all Roquette Information Systems (CICS, SAP, XLS, …) according to Roquette standards and local requirements.

In coordination with other functional Teams (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.), this position will ensure that all Customer Master Data activities are completed on time and with accuracy.

In upcoming project roll outs, the Customer Master Data agent will actively participate in the recovery, cleaning and migration of Customer Master Data and ensure a multi-maintenance in all active Roquette Information Systems.

Job Description

**Candidate must be fluent in English AND Spanish (Portuguese is a plus but NOT required)

Context and Environment:

The job is based in Keokuk, Iowa OR Geneva, IL. Reporting to Head of Customer Care Americas. Close interaction with Customer Master Data Team based in France.

Main Responsibilities:

Understand the structure and operation of current Customer Master Data in CICS and/or other legacy System and Acquire the new Customer Master Data model in SAP.

Create and classify clients according to the existing nomenclature and business rules. Transcribes the lists of values ​​of the criteria specific to each Global Business Unit (GBU) in order to build the associated nomenclature: Customer segmentation, Family of products, Technical criteria, type of packaging, etc ...

Ensures the integrity, consistency and validity of the master data for optimal operation of the “Offer to Cash” process.

Create and maintain work instruction details for various stages of creation and maintenance of Customer Master Data

Work with Sales, Customer Care and Supply Chain Teams to optimize monitoring of Customer Master Data

Participate to the definition of rules concerning Customer Master Data logging (including local specificity)

Participate in projects to integrate Customer Master Data during acquisitions and integrations

Keep the client database up-to-date, Track the life-cycle of customer data and handles incidents in or from customer databases
