The Site Operations Partner: Security

The Chapter of Site Operations ensure that the on-site facilities are at all times maintained and operated to meet our North Star of delivering better outcomes to patients faster by providingflexible resourcing across fit-for-purpose teams to address specific needs and priorities of the business whilst ensuring asafe, secure and comfortable working environment.

Roche are seeking experienced Security Partners to work as part of the Site Operations Chapter you should be operating in one or more of the following categories:Flexible resourcing across fit-for-purpose teams to address specific needs and priorities

·  Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the relevant security processes and procedures required in the field of site-security, as well as including: being a dependable individual that demonstrates an attention to detail, checks, testing, and patrols required to be an effective chapter partners, effective written and verbal communications, including maintaining required paperwork, logs and records, and ensuring professionalism through a warm and welcoming manner to staff and visitors, at all times

·  Extensive knowledge and experience of security operations and procedures gained within the field of site-security, with the following skills and proficiencies: ensures that personnel and Roche property remain safe and secure, demonstrates leadership through interpersonal skills, with a professional and pleasant manner, ability to work with complex instructions, and support other chapter partners as needed, identifies issues and enacts plans to resolve the situation quickly, and considers relevant improvements to increase efficiency, and deep working knowledge of systems and approaches to ensuring resources allocation for shift workload can be allocated effectively and efficiently.

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful countryside surrounding the area. Supported by major motorways & airports as well as being a 30 minute train ride to London, access is easy. Our award-winning office, known as Hexagon Place, was opened in 2005 and provides a modern, flexible working environment with facilities that are second-to-none.
