WE WELCOME

A professional who understands that true luxury and quality is shown in the way a brand treats its customers. As a Specialist Advisor, you are responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, catering to VIP clientele and representing the voice of the brand in the European markets.

 

While advising via phone and web-based channels, you are responsible for upholding an excellent level of customer support that coincides with the quality our brands represent in the market.

Aside from being the expert advisor for our customers, you will apply your commercial sense to identify sales opportunities, maintain the interest and engagement of our customer at the highest level. As a specialist in your field, we will support you to deliver expert knowledge on the products and brand you represent, while providing the highest quality of service. Operating within our guidelines and being a part of our exciting future plans, will allow you to further your market knowledge and develop with our department.

 

 

YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF

- being the main point of contact for our clients (phone, email and other channels) - B2C

- providing excellent support and quality of service to our customers

- mastering the extensive yet intriguing product knowledge and the tools we use
- operating within our guidelines to uphold the quality our brands represent

- providing and be open to constructive input for further development of yourself, your team and our department

 

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In the interview process with us, we always ensure you have complete insight and transparency. This means you will get all the details and guidance you need to be successful in our process, you will meet the Manager and get full insight into their teams and how Cartier works. 

 

After successfully joining us you will be included in our full training programme, which means that you will initially have 2-3 weeks of training on the brand history + product knowledge, procedures and tools we use as a global organization. After you have complemented your knowledge with experience you will also be eligible for the on-site visit of the manufacture to get full insight into the production process and a visit to the market and boutiques you support.

 

As we are all very social and do our best to preserve a great mood in the office, we organize many different events where we all come together to share drinks, food, and laughs. For example, Mid-summer grills, Organised lunches, Recharge Programme, Learning & Development week with many workshops, Halloween Costume Contest, End of Year Party and many more – and how do we keep all these amazing events on-going? – well, we are proud to say we have our very own Fun Committee (all of us employee volunteers) to make sure that our environment is the best it can be.
